Objective:
Providing services in the project management field, in terms of supporting organizations in carrying out and managing projects as well as providing training on this topic. Euphoria is specialized in the educational field and works in projects related to bringing innovation in such fields.
The company brings together the experience of its co-founders, Erika Nemes and Cristina Ceccarelli. Both have been working for the European Commission in political affairs, communication and financial management. Before opening Euphoria Net Srl, we have been delivering training courses for schools, Universities, Public Administrations, European Commission Representation, school-related associations and cultural organizations all over Italy and Europe. We developed specific training programmes in order to support the educational word to open to an international dimension and we trained more than 2000 school education staff.
The main areas of activities are the following:
1) Project management: we follow all the aspects related to EU projects, from planning and writing projects, implementing them, following the dissemination activities and the reporting, including also working on different outputs according to the projects’ needs. In particular, we have a specific focus on the educational world, and our collaborators are specialized in project management, financial management, communication, pedagogy and new methodologies for schools, innovation and instructional design.
2) Training courses: we organize training courses especially for schools of any grade, Universities and associations on the following topics: project management, digital competencies, entrepreneurship, boosting STEM at school, EU citizenship, personalized learning, soft skills and innovative methodologies. We are hosting organization within Erasmus KA1 courses for school education and University staff and this helped us to build a network of schools all over Europe. We also create tailor-made formats for training courses, both on site or through e-learning solutions.
3) Organization of events and communication strategies: we organize dissemination strategies within projects, including the set-up of project branding, communication, mapping stakeholders, organizing and coordinating events all over Europe, creating contents for events and social media campaigns. We also realize graphic works in order to provide a full service within events. Thanks to our former experience within the Association, we are currently a hub with various partnership networks built up with different associations, schools, universities and research centres in all Europe, which are activated and triggered during project implementation and dissemination activities.
Moreover, starting from 2019, we are responsible for the management and assistance of the European Public Space in Rome managed jointly by the European Commission Representation and the Office of the European Parliament in Rome.
Our headquarter is in Rome, but we travel all over Italy to deliver our training courses and to Europe to implement EU projects.
